All of our offerings are individual ground coffee bags. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This will be followed by a shipping confirmation once the order has left our facility in Texas. If your order was damaged in shipping, please email a photo of the damaged product to customerservice@four-4s.com. We do not accept returns sent back to the facility without prior approval.
